ANNE STRASBERG

Anne was born in Paris and is a permanent resident of the United States. She is self-taught, specializing in naive-primitive works. Her paintings have been shown privately and in galleries in France, Spain, Canada and the United States. She earned her living for many years as an interior decorator, designing and painting murals in childrens' hospital in Paris, and in restaurants. She also decorated homes and painted furniture.

She is married to the American theater director-teacher-writer John Strasberg, and is the mother of two grown children. She has exhibited at Galerie Bonheur in St. Louis, MO, Gallery International d'art Naif Yvon Daigle at MAGOG, Québec, Canada; and for many years in Gallery Naifs et Primitifs in Paris and New York.
