EDITH MICHELI

Edith Micheli was born in Chartres in 1955. Her interest in drawing and painting began when she was quite young. While studying, she was also a student at l'Académie de Peinture de Lucé. After graduating from the University, Edith became a teacher. Her interests include computers, and she has been working with them for ten years. Her major passion, however, is painting, and her work features scenes from everyday life; busy streets and the life of her neighborhood. 

Painting regularly has been a part of her life since childhood. Her work has been exhibited at the Galerie Naifs et Primitifs and many other galleries. Her hobbies are eclectic and include ice hockey, mountain climbing, tennis and cooking.
